Tiffany came up with the idea for an independent client training library to allow accounts to self-onboard our product. She created the materials, and worked closely with product on the launch. It has alleviated allowed our onboarding team to focus on at risk accounts and has reduced our account time to launch by almost 7 days. We love working with her.
